Who / what is Audio Regenesis?
As an electronics engineer, for the majority of my professional career I was engaged in designing industrial radio remote control and telemetry systems. Although high tech. electronics has been my profession, tube audio has been a long time hobby and over the years I have enjoyed restoring and maintaining vintage equipment for myself as well as others.
Pacific Audio Regenesis is a small family business, more of a hobby business really, and began as an outlet to sell some of the equipment I had restored. More recently it has evolved into producing products for others interested in restoring and upgrading their own vintage Dynaco tube amplifiers. I have made it a priority to maintain reasonable prices in keeping with the original Dynaco concept of making high quality audio affordable. Now retired, I have more time and will continue to grow my line of restoration products for Dynaco tube amplifiers and will likely branch into other brands as well.
Where are you located?
We are located in the province of British Columbia, Canada, in the small town of Pitt Meadows. Very close to the city of Vancouver, home of the 2010 Winter Olympic games.
What countries do you ship to?
We ship to many countries around the world. You can view the countries we currently ship to on the how to order page.
Due to shipping restrictions and/or possible delivery problems, there are certain countries we do not ship to. However, if you do not see your country listed, it is still possible we may be able to ship to your location, although with much higher shipping costs to ensure delivery. Contact us if you have any questions.

What ares your shipping methods and cost? .

Shipping Method:
We ship exclusively by Canada Post. Airmail service is used for all foreign orders, while Parcel Post is used for Canadian orders. Standard airmail service is the lowest cost, and is the default shipping method, however the how to order page also allows you to select the Express Post option for faster delivery and tracking, however the cost is significantly higher.

Shipping Cost:
The cost of shipping is very dependant upon the destination as well as the weight of the package. The shipping cost calculator on the how to order page automatically takes into account the weight of the products selected and calculates the cost accordingly.

What methods of payment do you accept?
Accepted methods of payment include PayPal (preferred), or alternately, an international money order, bank draft or cashiers check. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks. We do not accept credit cards directly, but you can use the credit card of your choice through your Paypal account. If you are not familiar with Paypal learn more about the benefits of opening a free account.
Who are your customers?
Our customers are primarily audiophiles and DIY'ers engaged in repairing or restoring their own Dynaco tube amplifiers. Our primary customer base is in the U.S. but we also have many customers worldwide.
Do you sell unassembled PC boards, or kits?
Sorry, no, only fully assembled boards. Quality control is taken very seriously and every Audio Regenesis product is professionally assembled and carefully inspected. We keep costs reasonable so more people can afford to purchase a professionally assembled product that works properly when installed.
Do you perform restoration or repairs on customers amplifiers?
Yes, but very rarely. Typically, restoration candidates are aquired just for that purpose. There are a few reasons for this, but the main one has to do with our location and the related high shipping costs. Tube amplifiers are heavy and very expensive to ship. The cost of shipping (both ways), along with various customs fees, insurance, etc. often makes customer repairs or restorations impractical. Another reason, particularly for restoration, is the time factor. Restoration, taken to the level we do, is very time consuming.
Do you provide technical assistance?
We are always happy to answer technical questions whether or not you purchase an Audio Regenesis product. Please feel free to use the contact form for any questions you may have.
